Pros: Hany looked after me, he has a good vision of what the Mirage could be, the most positive person I have met in my life👌🏻

Cons: Letting me know I couldn’t buy one beer at the bar

Pros: I booked the hotel for my elderly mother, and everything was perfectly arranged — the food, the comfort — everything matched the price. I especially want to thank the manager, Haniball, who looked after the elderly guests, helped them, and was very attentive. He is an excellent employee of an international level, able to connect with people from any country.

Cons: The renovation in part of the hotel caused a bit of inconvenience, but we were informed about it in advance.

Pros: I liked everything, beach ,pools, Hannibal was the best Manager I’ve ever seen ,he helped us for evth for what we need, for sure we like to come back again.

Cons: Please give more time for opening the Aquapark cos it’s a little bit short time

Pros: Some words about our accommodation. We had everything what we needed, and if we had any special question we got it. Cleaning was perfect, the guy was very helpful and kept a daily contact with us. The apartment was a perfect place for having a rest with a double airconditional system. It was silence, not crowded with an own swimming pool. The owner Hany is a very kind, helpful man who really interested of your well being! We felt really in safe us, because he helped us in everything. For example when we wanted to order some food from the city or transfer anywhere. I wish next year we can come back to visit him!

Pros: I like the food, excursions, kids club, beach staff members especially Hannibal he really took good care of me and my family he was very friendly, helpful definitely would recommend this accommodation suite in the hotel.

Pros: The Host was really nice and welcoming. We travel a lot so I can compare that to others. (Thank you Hannibal 🙏) There is a heated water park. Might be restricted times during the day depending on the season. Has it's own beach that's really convenient. Excursions can be booked at the hotel or just across the street.

Cons: Food gets plain after a while,but we found that everywhere in Egypt. Solution is to go 1 type of meal an occasion 🙂
