Pros: The room,pool, private beach were wonderful,followed by delicious welcome drink,the hotel staff kind and friendly and helpful,all service was great, excellent food in restaurant ,the important thing you can see the blue sea right from your window,

Pros: The staff was exceptionally very friendly, the food nicely prepared very delicious, the place was very clean

Pros: This was my first time staying here and overall it was a good experience. The staff were helpful and the service felt comfortable. Cleanliness in the room and common areas was good. Food matched the half board concept, simple but tasty. Light animation added a nice atmosphere without being too much. Good value for the price.

Cons: No WiFi, there could be a bigger food selection

Pros: Staff, beachfront location, cleanliness, nice, well-maintined facility with elevator.

Cons: No wifi or phone in the room to call reception. Shower enclocsure overflows due to slow drainage. Mattress can be more comfortable.

Pros: The beach was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The airconditioning was making noise in the night. And the bathroom was not all the clean. They was no WiFi and they was no foreign tv channel to watch.

Pros: It's a perfect location for those who prefer a beachfront location away from the crowded and noisy city center. The breakfast offerings are satisfactory. The reception staff (especially the manager Mr. Jelal) were helpful and helped me get to the market during the day and the young night receptionist called the taxi driver when my taxi was delayed at night. thanks

Cons: there is no Wi-fi service both in rooms and also in lobby area. Secondly , The entrance of Cecillia Resort and Elite Sea Sky is the same. It would be better if this information could be given to the guests via e-mail so that they can reach to hotel more easily.

Pros: The staff are very respectful and friendly, Mr. Jalal is very nice, thank you 👍🏻🙏🏻the room is very clean. The beds and bathroom are very good and clean. The breakfast and dinner are very good and sufficient. It is just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. I will book this hotel whenever we come to Hurghada.
