Luxury Seafront Pool Villa - 3 Stories & Roof floor - All Master Bedrooms

Pros: The villa was absolutely amazing, we were a group of 9 family & friends. Outside area was lovely & the pool is a great size, the garden & pool are maintained every day by Muhammad & nothing is too much trouble for him. He asked us daily if we required any groceries, he decorated the villa for my birthday & even purchased me a cake ☺️ He cooked twice for us (although would have done it more often, had we let him) Lovely man & is worth his weight I'm gold! He will go above & beyond if it helps you in any way you want as he just wants to make your holiday happy & memorable ☺️ Diaa, the host is also very helpful, especially with any excursions you want to book. I would highly recommend this villa & would not hesitate to return.

Cons: Although this villa has almost everything you could want, a dishwasher would be most helpful. Especially, if you are used to having one at home 🤣

Pros: we loved the space, private beach and pool were amazing. A reef for snorkelling only a few minutes walk with a lovely late afternoon sun trap and amazing fish. All the bedrooms and very comfortable beds and all en-suite. Our host Dyaa could not be more helpful. taking us to the supermarket and sorting trips and transport out at better prices than offered to the tourists. the garden area was also sheltered and very private. A perfect location for a family celebration of my special birthday.

Cons: intermittent WiFi and limited hot water on the ground floors

Pros: The villa is very nice and clean with spacious places, fantastic decoration, many areas for sitting and dining, bed rooms are of good sizes with comfortable beds and facilities, and each one has its own bathroom. 2 Kitchens both are very well equipped. jacuzzi and swimming pool are fantastic with nice garden and many swings and barbecue area. The view of the sea is amazing, the place is quite and relaxing, very good for families. Bassem, one of the team responsible for the villa, was very cooperative and helpful and decent as he was available to contact him anytime if we had any concerns or queries and he was trying his best to make our stay as good and comfortable and happy as possible, Thanks Bassem.

Cons: Wi-Fi was not strong enough all the time. The beach in front of the villa is not Suitable to use so we had to go to another area to use the beach. We needed to rent a car as nearest area with facilities as supermarket and pharmacy and restaurants … etc, not easy to reach by walking but around 5 minutes by car.

Pros: Amazing spot, very private, suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Private pool, lovely coral beach at your door step, sandy beach a short walk. We had a lovely relaxed time away. Definitely recommend.

Pros: Villa je umiestnená v tichej lokalite Sahl Hasheesh. Má priamy prístup k moru. Ideálne šnorchlovanie je vzdialené od ubytovania cca 150m z móla, ktoré je v inom súkromnom vlastníctve, ale prístup naň nám bol umožnený. Vybavenie villy bolo vynikajúce, k dispozícii 2 veľké kuchyne a veľa 2posteľových izieb na troch poschodiach. Prístup k nim je výťahom. Mali sme v cene veľmi chutné raňajky vo forme švédskych stolov, ktoré nám po dohode správca p. Bassem pripravil každé ráno. Komunikácia s ním bola bezproblémová, bol veľmi ochotný a milý. Bazén a záhrada boli čistené a upravované každé ráno. Celkovo sa nám veľmi páčilo a radi by sme sa opäť niekedy vrátili.

War ein sehr schöner Familien Urlaub. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros: Wir hatten 5 tage familien Urlaub mit 13 personen in dieser villa. Die unterkunft ist schon etwas älter aber es war überall sauber als wir ankamen. Perfekte lage direkt am meer mit tollem riff zum schnorcheln. An unserem ersten tag hatten wir probleme den steg zu benützen, dies war nicht erlaubt aber wir haben dann sofort dyaa nassar bescheid gegeben und er hatte das für uns geregelt, verlief dann auch ohne weitere probleme. Unser gärtner war der beste, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die zimmer waren geräumig und die betten waren sehr angenehm. Die aussicht von der villa aufs meer war ein traum und auch die garten anlage war sehr gut gepflegt.

Pros: Upea sijainti rannalla, oma ranta, allas, tilava. Omat kylpyhuoneet. Kaunis piha. Oma rauha. Sydämellinen Mohamed auttoi meitä monessa ja teki meille ruokaa :-)

Cons: Pientä kulumisen jälkeä (ei haitannut). Ruokapöytä pihalla olisi plussaa.
