Pros: It's a very nice place! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has all the necessary facilities. Photos is the same as realistic .The view is amazing, and the building is in a perfect location.

Pros: I strongly recommend this rental villa if you are looking for a Gouna getaway. It's beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and lots of seating inside and out. The pool was clean when we got there and received regular maintenance during our stay There are several outdoor seating areas, and an outdoor shower. The Lagoon view is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, and we felt secure the whole time. this place was literally perfect. The host gave us his direct contact and when I had questions, he responded immediately. The villa is close to many amenities and when we needed to, we were able to request an Uber within 5-10 minutes. We also took a TokTok home on a couple of occasions. Oh, we ordered groceries from Gourmet, which is right outside the entrance of the compound, and then once walked over and got coffee. This was a phenomenal rental experience. Thanks a lot for the experience.

Cons: The pillows were very fluffy, which was hard for my Mother who is accustomed to a flat pillow.
