Suite 69

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the suite.

Pros: First of all, I would like to tell you about my experience upon entering. I was welcomed in a professional manner by the entire staff, whether reception, reception manager, guest relations manager, or cleaning employee. They gave me a free breakfast and gave me a choice between two restaurants: an open buffet restaurant and a restaurant with a set menu. I entered and found the water hot and jaccuzi was amazing, and the suite was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. If it weren’t for my work schedule, I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you, lilly staff.

Pros: The suite was amazing it is well furnished and the view is wonderful you fell like you are in the middle of the sea from anywhere in the room the stuff was very polite and decent I highly recommend for honeymooners and couples as well The best vacation I ever had the facilities is wonderful and the organisation of the trips was amazing

A Luxury experience for couples

Pros: The best suite in Hurghada , I loved it so much , the view , the staff , the jacuzzi, they brought us flowers and fruits, I will definitely be back, special thanks to the front office manager who cared alot about us and the guest relations she was attentive and sweet .

Séjour chaleureux

Pros: J'ai adoré mon séjour. À mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie avec une attention particulière, de la réceptionniste au responsable, en passant par le personnel de nettoyage. On m'a conduite dans ma suite, qui était magnifique et bien agencée. Tout était parfaitement agencé, et l'eau du jacuzzi était chaude et agréable. C'était une sensation vraiment merveilleuse. J'espère pouvoir renouveler l'expérience dès que possible.

Ontspannend, fijn, luxe.

Pros: We hebben hier een nacht verbleven omdat ik ziek was geworden en behoefte had aan wat comfort. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kon goed bijslapen in het comfortabele bed, een jacuzzi op de kamer en douchen met in de verte zicht op zee voelde heel luxe. In de ochtend kregen we een ontbijtvoucher om iets verderop bij een strandje wat te eten. Ook kregen we een voucher voor gratis toegang tot het strandje. We mochten voor het inchecken alvast onze spullen stallen. De kamer heeft een koelkastje en kluisje.

Cons: Het verkeer was ook met de ramen dicht goed te horen. Met oordoppen is dit geen probleem, maar zonder oordoppen is het dus wat gehorig.

Pros: Tout était parfait. Accueil extra. Ils proposent de nous prendre à l'aéroport. Chambre magnifique avec baignoire vue mer... Pension complète : repas pris à l'hôtel en face : formidable, buffets immenses... Ils proposent des activités sympas comme le quad dans le désert avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Cons: La baignoire n'est pas un spa. Il faut une heure pour la remplir et une fois que c'est froid, il faut la vider et la remplir de nouveau....
