staff are really nice Hashem and Sherif were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful.

Pros: Really nice experience me and the kids. the children were very happy. Clean all the time, all the staff are really nice Hashem and Sherif were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful and we felt comfortable. Well kept grounds, cleanliness was exceptional and everything close to the hotel. Beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing and kind. Thank you for making our vacation perfect. there was no breakfast!

Pros: the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. we had missed our flight and booked this last minute. even though the place is under works my stay was comfortable. I am even considering coming back with the whole family. location is perfect.

Cons: there was no WiFi but still the reception team helped where they could buy giving us the staff connection but it would only work at the reception. Still better than nothing.
