Marina Residence Suites Port Ghalib

I simply love this place and people who work there are super nice and helpful ❤️❤️

Pros: The best of the best in Port Ghalib great location

Cons: All was perfect

Pros: Its great value for money, and Port Ghalib is a nice area for a short stay with good restaurants and bars. Rooms are very spacious, facilities are sometimes a bit older but still alright.

Cons: well, there is no real beach or snorkeling opportunity around, so you have more options and activities in other areas around Marsa Alam.

Nice and comfortable

Pros: Very close to the Marina and 10min driving from the airport. Friendly staff, nice swimming pool and very good breakfast!

Another great stay

Pros: The value for money for the huge apartment, the convenient location. Food was great, good selection and fresh

Cons: We didn't always get bottled water replenished every day without asking but it was easy enough to go and ask at reception. The locks on the patio doors weren't the best.

Lovely Holiday – Special Thanks to Mr. Sameh

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The swimming pools were large, clean, and constantly well-maintained. All the staff members were exceptionally kind and respectful. A special thanks goes to Mr. Sameh, the “hidden hero,” who truly made our stay outstanding. The hotel also provides convenient parking, a lovely sandy beach with coral reefs, and a safe area for swimming. Every day, we received two large bottles of water, and housekeeping was always available whenever we needed it, providing fresh towels for both the room and the beach (easily exchanged at the reception). Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to return in the future, God willing.

Cons: For further improvement, I would suggest providing shaded parking, offering a golf cart service to the beach (about a 10-minute walk), and enhancing communication, as one receptionist is not enough to handle all bookings and guest requests.

Pros: Wonderful staff. I felt so welcomed. I was also upgraded to a room with an amazing view as it was my birthday. I will definitely be returning.

Cons: My bed was a little bit hard.

Pros: Breakfast was tasty, location was amazing, staff was so helpful and friendly specially Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Sobhy.

Cons: It would be better if there is a ride from the hotel to the beach (eg: Golf car) due to the extremely hot weather during summer. It would be better if I can bring my cat with me next time.

Pros: Very quiet and private. Large room. AC worked well. Nice outside sitting area.

A gem of a place in port ghalib

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, amazing rooms with excellent facilities, fantastic showers and air conditioning. Now they have their own restaurant, this place has gone from strength to strength and is my first choice every time.

Paradise

Pros: The Hotel is amazing, the location is perfect, very closed to the Airport and for the price is very good. Bed is very confy and the room also have a nice kitchen and washing machine.

Cons: Some of the staff are annoying, they keep offering unrequested services or trying to get tips. Also the receptionist told me that I could enjoy the beach, which I have tried and I noticed that I was the only Brown tourist there and one staff thought I was local, and started to talk to me in Arabic which I don't understand and I tried to explain him that I was a guest and he was not able to explain what he wanted, which angered me and I just left and went back to the pool. I wish the management will provide a proper training to their staff as the guest target are foreigners.
