All in all good value for money especially if you a big group.Location for me was not the greatest
Pros: It is a beautiful house, fashioned in Nubian style. Living spaces on two levels. It had sufficient rooms to cater for my family and could accommodate 9 people comfortably. Lots of different spaces within the home. Has a wonderful rooftop from where Philae Temple can be seen in the distance (more so at night when lit up). Nice outside lounging area. Host was very accommodating, helpful and responsive (even though communication was somewhat of a problem 😂)
Cons: Location was not the greatest. Very close to get to Philae Island but is in a remote part of the city and a bit away from the city centre. Would need transport to get to the city centre. We arrived at night and found it difficult to get to the city centre and back that evening. Next day was much better and getting around was pretty easy. TukTuk’s are found in the area during the day and very cheap. Took one to the island. Cost quoted by the driver was EGP40 total for 4 of us. No Uber in Aswan but iDrive works.

Beautiful Aswan House near High Dam
Pros: Location: near to high dam. Nice view from the top of the house. Host: Mohamed and Fahd are amazing hosts. Dry friendly people. Always a smile of the face. We checked-in at 01:00 am. Fahd helped us take all our luggage to apartment. He also served us the hot breakfast. Breakfast: highly recommended. Prepared by Fahd’s mother. Home made Amazing oriental breakfast in earthen pots. House: 4 big rooms with lots of beds. All beautifully designed. 2 bathrooms helped us get ready quickly in the morning.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Amazing house, very well equipped! The hosts were super attentive and helpful. Totally recommend!
Pros: The house is amazing, very comfortable and well equipped, it exceeded our expectations. Outside, at the front, two beautiful spaces to have breakfast or hang out, are also beautiful. The host and his nephew Youssef were very helpful and attentive, they made our stay much easier and enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again.

Un séjour idéal pour se ressourcer!
Pros: Nous avons reçu un accueil familial très chaleureux. La maison est propre et spacieuse. Il y a possibilité de prendre les repas sur place. La cuisine végétarienne ( à notre demande) était excellente pour un prix très correct. La maison est située sur une colline, par des escaliers extérieurs, avec une vue panoramique dans un environnement très calme, ce qui est fort appréciable après une journée très active.

Super séjour à Assouan
Pros: La grande disponibilité de Mohamed pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour comme nous le souhaitions et à notre rythme avec des enfants. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour les excursions, les repas et la maison. Il a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous recommandons sa maison les yeux fermés. Les repas préparés par sa sœur étaient délicieux. Assouan est vraiment charmant, il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter, n'hésitez pas à prendre votre temps.

Pros: The space of the facility, the bed mattresses, the A/C, the roof and the exceptional hospitality by the staff. Fahd was very helpful, polite, available all the time for any issue or help in providing F&B, maintenance, limousine booking and any information about the city and its attractions. So I would like to thank him very much for his exceptional attitude 😁
Cons: Some amenities needs a little maintenance but Fahd was very helpful in solving any problem swiftly.
