Great cruise but Booking.com not so good.

Pros: A nice ship, excellent friendly crew, a lovely cruise down the beautiful Nile.

Cons: Terrible WiFi, faulty door keys. BOOKING.COM has wrong contact information for Steingenberger, who do not answer messages. Also, they offered me a free transfer from Luxor Airport when we were flying to Aswan and it was impossible to change this on the app. No response to several messages. Terrible service.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. I would certainly cruise with them again.

Pros: Super clean, large cabins. Great food, but mostly it was the staff who made it great. They were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Small issues like the WiFi is not good but nothing major.

Great choice for a Nile Cruise - I was impressed

Pros: Excellent in every way except the electrics and the virtually non existent wifi. We managed the electrics and had our own data sim for the wifi so no real problems. Staff food and drink were great. The boast was clean and in decent nick. I would book again and thoroughly recommend this one.

We really recommend Steigenberger Legacy Nile cruise for discovering Upper Egypt at its best.

Pros: We enjoyed the excellent buffets with a great variety of food, truly as good as or even better than in most 5 star hotels. We could list a long list of positive comments but beside the comfort of the boat the friendliness of all staff members is to be highlighted as a huge bonus to book this Nile cruise.

Cons: The wifi connection was not always of excellent quality, but we hadn't expected to have free wifi at all, so this was only a minor issue.

Amazing experience with Legacy.

Pros: Very friendly staff and management. They will help with anything. Food was delicious and varied. Tipping is arranged at the end of the trip so you don’t have a “pressure” every time being served what is usually situation in Egypt.

Cons: A bit bigger sunshade umbrellas at the pool deck would be practical especially in hotter months.

Pros: Mr. Noshy (Manager9 hat sich professionell gekümmert und ich fühlte mich als Gast sehr wohl. Sein Team war sehr freundlich, charmant und stets sehr fürsorglich.

Cons: Internet funktioniert nicht, was bedauerlicherweise für mich sehr problematisch ist. Auch finde ich etwas schwierig, dass stets Boot an Boot angelegt wird, so dass man ggf. am Anlegeplatz keine Aussicht hat. Das kann jedoch mit dem Bord Manager abgeklärt werden.

Wunderschön - wir empfehlen diese Nilkreuzfahrt sehr gerne weiter!

Pros: Das Schiff war sehr gut gepflegt und alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche immer extrem sauber! Das Personal besonders im Speisesaal waren immer äusserst zuvorkommend und herzlich (ein spezieller Dank geht dabei an Ismail - welcher uns immer herzlich willkommen geheissen hat)

Cons: Kleine Verbesserungen: - sehr schwaches Wifi - man konnte die meiste Zeit weder Nachrichten verschicken noch etwas in google nachschauen - Kommode, Nachttische, etc. in unserem Zimmer staubig - ansonsten aber alles sehr sauber - Lampenschirme in unserem Zimmer hatten Flecken (\

Beautiful ship on the Nile cruise

Pros: The staff were very helpful, the food was tasty. The bed was comfortable. The ship was fun. We highly recommended.

Cons: The fact drinks were not included. No coffee or tea pot in the room. Towels and sheet could be little newer.

Pros: Every thing was amazing. All the staff are very kind and helpful specially Mr Mark in the reception .
