Very good all round - staff are great.

Pros: Very well organised cruise - staff are superb, very helpful always smiling etc, food is good. This is an effortless way to travel from Luxor to Aswan (and back). Managed to get direct flights to Luxor and it’s 20 mins from the airport to the boat. We chose to book 7 days and not book the tour package which allowed us to choose when to do the various temples etc. It was easy to book the trips we wanted online tailored to our preferences. Drivers contacted us via WhatsApp and we fine tuned arrangements.

Cons: Booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport with booking.com only to find that they wouldn’t let him into the boat dock when we arrived there - it was a standard blue and white taxi just like the two already parked next to the boat. Turns out the same 2 taxis are always parked there. They tried to charge us more three times the standard price to get to Luxor centre in the evening so we then worked out what was going on!

Friendly run boat with good service and food.

Pros: Smaller boat with family feel Friendly staff Very tasty food and filling Suite was good value for upgrade and size We were able to do excursions independently and easily south of Luxor.

Cons: We were sorry to miss the stretch of river of kom ombo to Aswan and wondered why we could not have moored at kom ombo, given the boat is in Aswan for long time.

First class cruise, excellent value for money, great food.

Pros: The ship was lovely, a warm welcoming environment and not too big. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything was accessible and lovely comfortable seating. Our room was very spacious, good water pressure in the shower, very comfortable large bed and a wonderful view over the Nile. All of the staff were efficient, obviously cared about their work and making our experience of Egypt special, we appreciated that so much.

Cons: The WiFi connection wasn’t perfect due to where we were travelling, but it was great to have a break from browsing!

Had a very pleasant stay. Excellent value for our money

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Mr Romani in reception with information. Mr Rhiad from housekeeping was very good in accomodating our schedules and looking after our cabin. Whenever I had some laundry it was ready in a matter of hours.

Cons: Staff in restaurant was excellent. But food was not always very warm. Also did not like the coffee in the morning.

Nice trip

Pros: Very friendly, helpful crew, and the historic locations visited on the itinerary were amazing.

Cons: We took the seven day trip from Luxor to Aswan and back again. We wish that we had just taken the four day trip and not the return part. If the weather had been a little warmer and less windy we would have enjoyed it more. The locations where the boat docks are some way out of town requiring the stress and hassle of Egyptian taxis.

The Best Birthday Present for anyone you love

Pros: Mr Maher and all the staff on the cruise were fantastic. They made our trip unforgettable. We felt like traveling with the family. My daughter celebrated birthday on the ship, our room was decorated with so much love and care, our hearts were deeply touched. The birthday cake and the song sung by the staff was so sweet. Thank you wonderful people!

Brilliant cruise

Pros: An excellent cruise. The staff were fantastic. The food brilliant and our cabin was a good size with all the amenities that you need. On our arrival we were greeted and advised of our cabin. The pools were good too. On board entertainment was excellent

Cons: Tv in cabin not working The dock for our departure was too far from the luxor bus station

Great trip

Pros: The room was a good size and good layout. It was clean and fresh . The bathroom could have been a bit fresher in decoration but it was fine. The staff were very good . The manager gave us a good induction on to the cruise ship / boat . He welcomed us with warmth. The sun deck was very nice , lots of space and variety of chairs, tables, sun loungers. It was kept clean at all times . The food had good variety. we paid 45 egp for a large bottle of water when needed for dinner etc . I was poorly with very bad stomach for about 36 hours. The manager was very considerate and offered some medication to help. The staff also bought food to the room because of this - very good customer service. We paid for the tour/ excursions , it was very good but sometimes it felt a bit quick as there was so much to see . Good entertainment and good option to use treadmill and cross trainer . staff keep the ship / boat clean at all times .

Cons: I didn't like the carpet in the main communal areas. Not a big problem

A beautiful Nile cruise boat

Pros: This is the second time we have been on this cruise, we love it. The boat is beautiful, the staff are just wonderful - from the moment you step on board, they make you feel so very welcome and make sure that your trip is perfect. Fabulous food at every meal, afternoon tea on the deck. Our room was wonderful, spacious with a huge picture window so we could watch the Nile from our room - just magical. We didn't take any of the trips out, just enjoyed our time on the boat. There is a beautifully cool swimming pool up top. Water dispenser in the dining room, kettle and fridge in the room. Bathroom with toiletries. George made beautiful sculptures with our towels - housekeeping every day. We hope to come again.

Pros: The ship is not very new, but it is well maintained and clean. All the waiters are well-trained and Manager Maher cares about all the tourists. The shore tour we participated in included a vehicle, a private guide and tickets, which saved us energy. The instructions given to us before departure were very clear. The landing points in Luxor and Aswan are different. Please pay close attention
