Perfect trip for us, that provided everything we were looking for with professional well trained staff and an excellent
Pros: One of the best cruise ships on the Nile with fabulous staff and very good food. Good itinerary.
Cons: A lot of time is spent in dock rather than sailing due to the itinerary

When visiting Egypt by ship you feel the atmosphere of antiquity
Pros: A very good way to relax and explore the Nile. The food is tasty, the staff, especially the waiters, try their best. The upper deck with the swimming pool is nicely arranged, the ship is preserved in an old, elegant style. A good idea with an Arabic dinner on the upper deck, you could taste the local flavors. I recommend a jewelry store on the ship, nice designs and real gold.
Cons: The ship has great potential, but it has not been used. Especially the beautiful upper deck, where there was no bartender, snacks and other attractions. Evening show on the ship of poor quality, except for the dervish dance.

Great boat, not so great guide
Pros: Everything about the cruise ship was great - facilities, staff, service, rooms, food etc
Cons: I joined the general excursions tour offered by the cruise boat: - The excursions tour guide could have been much much better...I had to read up on the history and items of interest to see at the various sites myself instead... - It should have been clearly stated upfront the details of what our itinerary to the sites included or not - for example, at Valley of Queens, most of the group was disappointed to find out that we were not going to go into Queen Nefertari's tomb. We were willing to pay the extra ticket fees, but didn't want to keep others on the bus waiting... - Excursions time table & docking schedule could have been better planned to avoid the huge crowds at the sightseeing points, and more time should have been given at the various points instead of making us rush back to the cruise boat, especially when the boat was already docked for the day or night! We were rushed back from Kings and Queens Valley (KVKQ) for...lunch and a free afternoon on the cruise boat? But oh, at the various alabaster or spices \
