Villa Bahri Luxor Apartment

Pros: We stayed three nights in the Villa Bahri and had a really great stay. Ahmed and his staff are super kind and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Great with Exceptional Hospitality

Pros: Our experience at this hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks especially to the outstanding hospitality of Ahmed and his team. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile — a real highlight of the trip. Here’s how we rated each aspect: 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Host and Service: 10/10 – Ahmed and his team were exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. 🌿 Charm of Garden/Pool/Facilities: 10/10 – The outdoor spaces were peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of character — perfect for relaxing. 🥐 Breakfast: 9/10 – Fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. 💰 Value for Money: 9/10 – Great quality for the proposed price. 📍 Location: 7/10 – The hotel is situated in a quiet rural area, about a 15 to 20-minute walk from the dock where you can catch the ferry to cross to the other side of the Nile. While not central, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustle.

Cons: 🧼 Cleanliness: 5/10 – This was the only aspect that kept us from giving a 9 rating overall. While the beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen, the WC, and the floor were not well maintained. Cleaning seemed to be done very quickly using only water, and we felt it would benefit from the attention of a professional cleaner.

Pros: We had a great stay at Villa Bahri. The staff was amazing, especially Taha who was very helpful and a fantastic cook. He even offered to take us on a calèche tour. The place is well located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk to the ferry, with mini markets nearby. After a day of sightseeing, the pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

Pros: Thanks to the people who made previous reviews! We followed their recommendation and were not disappointed. The place is spacious and green. Ahmed is a kind and reliable person.

Feels Like Home at West Bank

Pros: Very spacious, comfortable and with beautiful view of sunrise and hot air balloon in the morning. Have a good sleep here as it is located at neighbourhood which is quiet at night. Very helpful staffs (young boys) and the owner is very responsive and attentive. Very close to all the tourist spots at West Bank. A good choice to stay in Luxor.

Cons: To provide heater and hair dryer.

Pros: Relaxing tranquil manicured garden. Amazing Barbeque and clay oven cooked dinners. A bath!!! Ahmed is a professional who knows what his guests want. He will arrange expeditions such as the balloon flight or a driver. We found an Egyptian family who we will alwaus return to in Luxor

Perfect stay in Luxor!

Pros: Extremely helpful host Ahmed! Picked us up from the river cruise, helped organise the day in Luxor, suggested wonderful restaurant to have the most egiptian meal we had in whole Egypt. And also brought us to the papyrus manufacture which was truly unique experience. We regretted not using his genuine help in organising hot air balloon flight but we had it planned few days before and could not change plans. With Ahmed's help it would definitely be even better experience. His knowledge about the ancient Egipt is remarkable! And the villa itself - whole apartment for our family, with a pool which was a gem for our children (and thus for us!), great view from the terrace (sunset view on the Hatshepsut temple!), located in a quiet part of the city, just 10 minutes from the ferry to the city centre.

Cons: We were extremely sorry for staying just one night in Ahmed's place. A week there wouldn't be enough!

Pros: Locations was handy to the Valley of the Kings and felt safe, the pool was great for when it was too hot to go exploring and the apartments were big and spacious.

Pros: They are very kindly with us like our family and everything is clean especially Mr Ahmed the owner and abo alhool his brother they taking care about everything i advise who will be going to luxor to talking this place villa bahri because really they are special in this carrier 👍👍👍💯❌💯💥thanks all for everything and we will come again soon 💚
