An enjoyable, interesting stay. Thank you Mohammed!

Pros: Mohammed is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay of nearly 3 weeks really enjoyable. He organised a tour of Karnak Temple, The Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut and more with a wonderful and knowledgeable guide called Ahmed. He also took time out to take us to a shop for something we wanted made for our business in the UK and got the best price for us. We love the West Bank and will certainly be coming back!

Cons: The WiFi can be intermittent in Luxor but Mohammed went as far as calling the service provider's regional HQ to get us back online so it was not really a problem.

Pros: This is a wonderful appartement within the centre of Luxor. A short boat ride to.the temples and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff Abdul, was really great, he made a delicious breakfast every morning.

Pros: the staff were wonderful (even rushed to give us Antinal when my son was sick), the pool is clean and a real bonus, breakfast was copious and the flat very comfortable and spacious. Close to the west bank sites (balloon flights, Valley of teh Kings etc). Highly recommended.

Nice family stay

Pros: I booked Tara apartments but ended up in mama Africa. We had a big 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms flat which was perfect for our family. Very safe environment. We booked our visits to west and east bank through the owner. They were good. I would recommend stay here with kids, using the pool after the visit while waiting for our food was really a great choice!

Cons: Some additional maintenance would be good

Really great place and made travelling Luxor super easy

Pros: The rooms were large and spacious, the host can organise all tours for you, and the pool was really good in the hot Luxor sun

Good value for money apartment on the Westbank

Pros: Clean apartment, conveniently located near restaurants and the river. Mohamed is a great host and has been very helpful arranging transport for visits in Luxor and from Luxor to Aswan. He went out of his way for my injured friend, so she too could enjoy her time in Luxor and go places. A warm thank you to both Mohamed and Abdo.
