Good location

Pros: The location is very good and convenient. The apartment is well equipped and you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good communication with Hossam.

Cons: Unfortunately, the cleanliness was below expectations. The carpet was very dirty, and the overall level of cleaning was not OK. This affected the comfort of our stay and definitely needs improvement. With better attention to cleanliness, this apartment could offer a much better experience.

Comfortable, affordable in a great location

Pros: Spacious and very clean and modern- looks like has been recently refurbished. Comfortable bed with separate aircons in the bedroom and the other rooms. Close to everything in the old town and Mosque Mina el Majid ( not sure of spelling) but makes it easy for taxis and Uber to find. Wander nearby streets to find genuine Egyptian shops- not tourist ones. Lovely fruit shop around the corner to the left - beautiful and generous owner. A great experience! Good security with deadlock door and a security remote required for the elevator.

Cons: Only issue was hot water - as being refurbished didn’t have water on but with high temperatures outside a cool shower wasn’t an issue.

Perfect stay

Pros: I wanna thanks Hossam for his nice welcoming, everything was perfect in the room, its near the Marina, and the beautiful mina Mosque is just in front of the Apartment, also Hossam was available at any time to help me via whatsapp, so thank you !!

Super séjour !

Pros: Appartement super confortable et bien équipé (petite cuisine, machine à laver, fer a repasser, sèche cheveux, serviettes de bain,…)! Il se situe juste en face de la marina et de la mosquée, ça permet d’être proche des activités touristiques mais des petits endroits locaux aussi. On a adoré notre séjour! Le petit balcon avec une vue sur la mosquée est vraiment un plus. Il y a un gardien à l’entrée du bâtiment donc on s’y sent vraiment en sécurité. L’hôte a été super compréhensif et nous a laissé la clé pour qu’on puisse profiter de notre dernière journée en laissant les bagages dans l’appartement. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment génial !!
