Pros: This was my second time. Karim is a great guy. He's always very kind and helpful. The apartment is just 50m from Sheraton Rd. Extremely large and comfortable, almost 400m. Plenty of beds and sofas, two bathrooms.. Perfect Redsea view from the balcony.

Pros: Great facilities, very spacious flat and comfortable furniture, great terrace with great view, mr Kareem the host was excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, thank you very much.

Cons: The bath tub was la little wobbly

Pros: The photos online are beautiful, but they don't even do it justice. The space is immaculately clean, modern, Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We came for a vacation and left feeling like we had a home away from home. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will 100% be booking again on our next trip.

Cons: The WiFi did not work properly after a few days but it was not a big issue for us.

Large apartment with a fantastic view

Pros: The apartment is exactly the same as in photos. The manager, Karim, is so friendly. He welcomed us at 4am in the morning and escorted to a market for a quick shopping. Very much appreciated!

Pros: The owner representative was very helpful and supportive. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and very large. The sea view from the very large terrace was so beautiful.

Cons: The water plumpling system needs fine tuning and adjustments.

Pros: Very good and fast support from the host, which was always available to solve any issue at any time. I have no complains at all, it was a nice day. Kudos to Armin!

Cons: We had some problems like electricity outages and one day when we tried to cook something, the gas ran out while we were cooking. We had all the needed assistance all the time, so I can't complain with anything.

Splendido appartamento con confort europei

Pros: Casa perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Terrazzo con vista fantastica, bagni comodi salone veramente confortevole con belle lampade. Il proprietario di casa presente telefonicamente e tramite i suoi uomini di fiducia a disposizione per ogni cosa.Pulizia superiore alla media egiziana .Casa silenziosa anche se dietro alla strada principale. Vicinissima la spiaggia cittadina di Orange beach

Cons: L'unico punto debole e' l'angolo cottura che era per me del tutto inutilizzabile.Frigo con sportello rotto, manopole della macchina del gas rotte, due tegami inutilizzabili perche' graffiati e soprattutto discretamente sporca. Pero' non e' stato un problema perche' in Egitto il costo della vita e' talmente basso che abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. Occhio non vi spaventate per la strada dove affaccia il portone. E' senza asfalto e intorno c'è' tanta immondizia. nonostante sia dietro alla strada principale fa un po' impressione ma ad Hurgada e' un po' tutto cosi' con divani abbandonati nelle strade . Il portone e' elegante

Pros: Ev çok büyük rahat ve konforlu bir deneyim yaşadık. Salondaki teras kocaman ve oturma takımı çok iyi düşünülmüş oturup vakit geçirmek için çok iyi. Her odada klima var bu da konforu ayrıca arttırıyor. Evin manzarası da harika.

Cons: Ev biraz kirliydi ama o kadar da olur. Aşırı sıkıntı oluşturacak seviyede değildi.

Pros: الشقه مساحتها كبيره جدا وذات إطلالة رائعة علي البحر نظيفة جدا جميع الادوات تعمل بكفاءة الاستاذ كريم المسؤل هو شخص رائع وخلوق ويعمل علي حل اي مشكله تواجهك فورا كل شي كان جيد الموقع قريب جدا من المارينا والأماكن الحيوية لقد كان مكان إقامة رائع استمتعت فيه انا والمرافقين لي

Cons: لا شئ كل كش كان جيد

Pros: Karim segítőkész volt és nagyon szimpatikus. A lakás hatalmas, jól berendezett és tiszta. A teraszról gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a városra. A szobák nagyok és kényelmesek. Mindkét fürdőszoba megfelelő méretű és tiszta. A három hálószobából kettőnek külön erkélye van, ami a bejáratra néz.

Cons: A konyhai felszerelés kicsit hiányos, 1-2 kisebb éles kés jó lett volna. Hiányoltuk a ruhaszárítót, de Karim azonnal hozta.
