Pros: Очень приветливый и отзывчивый управляющий. Действительно, постарался учесть все пожелания. Красивый вид с балкона. Наличие своего пляжа - кстати, очень комфортно купаться с пирса. Стиральная машинка стирает хорошо. Персональный вайфай-роутер решил проблему плохой сети в комплексе. Удачное расположение. В одну сторону можно пешком дойти до марины и мечети. В другую до торгового центра.

Cons: Комплекс наполовину не заселен. Много где делают ремонт, лифты, коридоры в строительной пыли. Очень плохая звукоизоляция: с учетом массовых шумных ремонтов это проблема.
