Pros: Byt je ideální volbou pro ty, kteří hledají prostorné a pohodlné ubytování. Velká terasa nabízí skvělé místo pro relaxaci nebo venkovní posezení, i když je její využití omezeno na letní měsíce. Do bytu svítí slunce pouze v ranních hodinách, což může být příjemné pro ty, kteří preferují klidnější atmosféru během dne. I když vybavení není luxusní, je dostatečné pro méně náročné hosty. Můžete si užít klid a pohodlí, které byt poskytuje. Pokud hledáte jednoduché a praktické místo k pobytu, určitě vás nezklame. Celkově nabízí byt příjemné zázemí pro relaxaci a odpočinek. Děkujeme majiteli apartmánu za pronájem.

Cons: Byt má dvě koupelny, ale k plnému využívání byla jen jedna. Bohužel v koupelně, kterou jsme nevyužívali, nesvítilo světlo a ve sprchovém koutě nešla nastavit voda, aby tekla přímo ze sprchy a né z bočních spodních trysek. Ale ani tato nepříjemnost nám pobyt nijak nezkazila. Jediné co nás zamrzelo, bylo po návratu domů, kdy nás kontaktoval správce bytu s tím, že jsme poničili konferenční stolek. Kdyby nám při příjezdu předával klíče správce bytu, věděl by, že stolek byl už poničený „asi propálený od cigarety a skvrny asi od svíček nebo teplých nápojů“. Bylo by dobré, kdyby správce bytu při předání klíčů byl přítomen a důkladně prověřil stav vybavení a případné škody. To by mohlo předejít nedorozuměním a zbytečným komplikacím.
