Pros: The place was amazing, comfortable and well located, the only issue we had was with the wifi but apart from that everything was great!

Pros: The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was superb.

Cons: Two things. 1- we had to wait for about half an hour to get through the security gate because Miss Merna failed to send me the access code. 2- I had to search for the location because the staff didn't have a clue about the location of the unit. They had the unit number but not enough info about the location itself or how to get there. My guess is that they have never been there.

Pros: I stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment, it was so comfy the location is great. Mariz & Marc were very friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed my stay

An excellent experience but I won’t do it again.

Pros: Cleanliness and convenience. The kitchen is fully loaded with all needed things and more.

Cons: The entry to Elgouna took too long. Had to wait for two hours under the burning sun. The entry permit was not prepared in time.
