Pros: Quiet, no loud music at night, no night clubs around, no WFI, no loud neighbors, secludet place, feels like in the middle of desert. Staff very friendly and helpfull, specially manager Hussein. New accomodation, new kitchen utensils, cooker, plates, mattresses and beddings. Spacious.Balcony with a sea view.

Cons: On begining was smell of fresh paint.But that is a new accomodation, smell will go away by time Far from the beach. Nearest beach 25- 30minuts 2.5km walking distance on the right.. But that is just a public free beach with a bare sand with 6 statonary umbrelas without loungers. I was ok as I no need loungers. There is also 25min walk to the beach on the left. Beach ERC, with loungers and umbrelas but you need to pay 200EGP to use it. .Little messy building work( tiling, paving, painting, etc)
