Very good new apartment at a good price

Pros: Very new modern and spacious flat, with access to swimming pool. Very clean and with basic kitchen utilities. They kindly let us do late checkout and leave our bags there.

Cons: Check-in was not that smooth: this is a residence, so there's not a proper reception and the staff there is not aware of who comes at what time. There were not toiletries available. There is not internet.

Pros: new buildings with very nice swimming pool in the neighbourhood, looks modern.

Cons: you need to give the passport at the entry for a copy, then you can go inside.

Absolutely wonderful stay, we all really enjoyed it and will definitely be staying here again when we return

Pros: The location of the property is excellent. Lots of places to eat around and it’s easy to reach other areas such as Sheraton Road and the marina easily by taxi. There are some beaches nearby you can access for a small fee too. The pool area is very nice and the bed was super comfortable

Cons: The AC unit in the bedroom was a little noisey but it worked fine. The tap in the kitchen sometimes needed to be run for longer to clear any brownish water (I hear this is common in Egypt)

Pros: The apartment and the whole place are great, comfortable and very clean. Besides, the staff are very friendly, responsible and quite responsive to guests demands. Thanks a lot to mrs. Marwa and her assistants for their great efforts.

Pros: The place is perfect. It's soooo clean and tidy. MR.ASHRAF is very nice, decent and helpful. Miss Nancy is the best. Everything is above and beyond. The swimming pool is perfect

Cons: À pied c’est un peu cardio si vous avez beaucoup de valise , je recommande aux personnes qui sont véhiculer mais sinon dans l’ensemble génial
