Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per chi vive la stanza solo per dormire.

Pros: Struttura in zona assolutamente centrale. A 30 secondi dal mare. Appartamento silenzioso e dotato dei principali servizi tra cui aria condizionata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per chi, come me, usa l'appartamento solo per dormire facendo kitesurf tutto il giorno. Buon WiFi. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Cons: Stanza molto luminosa. Tenda nella camera da letto rotta e sostituita con una tenda fissa che comunque non copre bene dalla luce del sole e soprattutto non si può aprire rendendo la stanza totalmente priva di vista o della possibilità di far entrare bene l'aria dalle finestre. Frigorifero molto rumoroso.

Kurztrip gelungen!

Pros: Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, 1. Etage, mitten in einer Baustelle, aber: würde ich wieder buchen 😉 Von den fleißigen Handwerkern war nichts zu hören (unfassbar) außer dem fröhlichen Ahlan wa sahlan und für ein paar Tage machen mir auch die Gerüste rundherum nichts aus. Die Lage ist super, mitten in Kafr, 2 mal fallen bis La playa und Gerges, 2 min bis ebaid und downtown. Preis-Leistung top.

Very Good price and an excellent location but more amenities needed

Pros: what I like about the property is its location and how conveniently it is located near to everything in El Gouna also the price was of a very good value for money. another good thing is that it was furnished with two wardrobes for our clothes which were more than enough to keep our clothings. The host was also very responsive to our messages and was very helpful when we had to check in early. He made it easier for us to get in at 2 instead of 3.

Cons: what I didn’t like Is that the apartment didn’t have everything we needed for example we need a stove top to make some Turkish coffee, but we didn’t find anything. The microwave was on top of the washing machine, which was always shaking whenever we wanted to wash anything there wasn’t also cooking utensils like pans pots to make something for breakfast or a quick meal maybe.
