Pros: The nicest staff we met in our entire trip in Egypt. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. It’s a little old but that didn’t matter because it was comfortable, the location was excellent and Asad and his team helped us with everything. He even let us stay an entire afternoon for free after checkout time as our bus to Cairo was in the evening. I will definitely be going back again.

Pros: The Alia Beach Residence team were incredibly kind and helpful to me and my family. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they supported us with everything and guided us throughout our stay, including arranging a wonderful tour. They were always attentive, caring, and genuinely supportive, which made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciate their excellent service and willingness to help make our stay so enjoyable. The residence has an amazing area with direct access to the sea, and the service there is also very good. It is conveniently located near restaurants, markets, and everything you may need. The tour arrangements were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We had a great experience and highly recommend Alia Beach Residence.

Pros: View from the room is amazing . Manager and staffs are very friendly. I booked for 2 nights. But after 1 night they upgraded my room and gave me the best room. Thanks a lot to the Manager 🙏.

Cons: There was a problem about bathtub and hot water but in 3-5 mins. They solved the problem. Thx a lot ❤️

Pros: Hugharda was very much walkable from this property and felt “central”, even though taxis are very cheap. The staff was very kind, especially the management.

Great budget friendly accommodation

Pros: Very friendly and helpful management, own small beach. Big room with sea view. Staff was there for me for late check in and late check out. They also assisted with airport transport.

Cons: Not very clean (a lot of hair on the floor incl bathroom) but good for money you pay!
