Florenza Khamsin - sea view / free Wi-Fi

Pros: This place was actually a dream...fully set up, loaded with equipment (TV/washing machine with products!!/WiFi/Air condition/full kitchen with all accessories including oil, herbs spices tea/coffee...everything!!!!) Superb balcony with nice seating and shisha prepared in advance! This was one of the easiest bookings I have ever made and Kinga (*owner) was instantly responsive on WhatsApp and even double checked to confirm I was happy... I even offered to water the balcony plants was so nice... I do not normally leave exceptional reviews like this, ever, however... Definitely stay here... You won't regret 💯👌🥷

Cons: Everything was perfect, slow security reception but this is Egypt 🤷‍♂️ what you want? 🤣

Pros: Nice balcony Big swimming pool Good location but a bit far from city center - book your tours for pick up and drop off. For souvenirs, go to cleopatra bazar (fixed prices). Very nice owner, super helpful and welcomed us with fruits and water. Apartment very well equipped.

Cons: A bit difficult to find the correct entrance at first as the building is huge.

Pros: The apartment is well located but the instructions to get there were confusing. It is above the beach road, there are buildings at the front. The sea is visible but a distance. It is well designed and feels comfortable. It has a permanent security guardianship.

Cons: The WiFi had moments of not working as well as the water. Shower was either too hot or cold due to the lack of pressure from the water supply system, something rather common in tourist beach areas. The TV channels were mostly Arabic stations, so I could only watch France24 for the time being and that, after searching the entire satellite system.

Pros: Appartamento molto carino, pulito. Pareti pulite. Prese comode. Il Manager Mahmoud estremamente gentile, presente nel caso di bisogno. . Internet veloce. Aria condizionata silenziosa ed efficiente. Utensili cucina presenti. Terrazzino vista mare molto carino. Tornerei.

Pros: Der “Vermieter” war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr viel geholfen.

Cons: Alles gut.

Pros: Todo excelente, el lugar limpio, muy moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estadía de primer nivel. Wifi, agua caliente, cómodo, amplia terraza. Muy cerca de playas y restaurantes. Mahmoud fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. El edificio muy bueno, con varias piscinas. Sin duda volveríamos. Absolutamente recomendado Everything was excellent. The place was clean, very modern, and had everything you needed for a first-class stay. Wi-Fi, hot water, comfortable, and had a large terrace. Very close to beaches and restaurants. Mahmoud was very kind and helped us with everything. The building was very nice with several pools. We would definitely return. Absolutely recommended.

Pros: المكان مريح جداً - نضيف جداً جداً - قريب من البحر - الڤيو حلو جداً - الحمام نضيف ومريح الأدوات الكهربائية: كل حاجة ممكن تحتاجها موجودة (بوتجاز - تلاجة - تليفزيون - غسالة - مكواة بخار - سشوار شعر - كاتيل) وكل اللي ممكن تحتاجه ادوات مطبخ وادوات نظافة ومستلزمات نظافة كمان

Cons: يحتاج ميكروويڤ - الـ WiFi مش شغال طول الوقت
