An amazing peaceful apartment. In no

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous and the complex great and serenely quiet which is great if you prefer the peace as we do. Heiko and Jana do anything they can to make your holiday stress free. Heiko even collects you from the airport when you arrive and will take you to a local shop for provisions if you want on your way to the apartment. The TV has Amazon Prime and Netflix and you can put your own profile in and watch exactly what you watch at home ! You could not ask for better hosts or a better apartment at such a good price.

Cons: The Apartment is a little out of the way off the beaten track, but this is easy to contend with by using the Uber App. Uber into Hurghada Marina generally costs around Egp 210 which equals £3.37 for a 40-45 minute trip. Uber into El Gouna usually around Egp150 equals £2.40. We think that is very good value for money.

The friendliest hosts with the most well equipped apartment.

Pros: The hosts Jana and Heiko are the kindest friendliest people I have ever met as hosts. Their willingness to help you have a relaxing holiday is fantastic. In fact although this was our 1st stay here, one week in we decided to book for next year ! We didn't want to miss the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you so much Jana and Heiko, see you in 12 months time!

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable place. Good equipt, quiet for a good relaxing. Very clean. Good place for kitesurfing. Great and warm owner. Helpful always. This is place to come back.

A Nice flat

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in Boka Bay, we had a studio with views to a very nice swimming pool 😎 The apartment was soundproofed, it also has a nice pvt terrace, washing machine, fully equipped and ideal for our holiday. Property is located with easy access to a good kite spot - you just 100m away 🪁 🏄🏻‍♂️ 🌊 Heiko was very kind and attentive!!! 😁

Pros: Fully equipped apartment. Pool. Right at huge beach with no people. Quite in the night. Heiko is super nice and helpful. Short distance to Hurghada and El Gouna.

Pros: Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Man ht alles was man braucht. Besonders toll fand ich den Wasserspender für kalt und heißes Wasser. Ich denke gerade I'm Sommer perfekt, da die Sonne nur am Vormittag auf die Terrasse scheint. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit Zukunft. Hier entsteht ein komplett neues Viertel. Zur Zeit ( wir haben auch noch Winter) gibt es hier nur sehr begrenzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber mit dem Uber kommt man preiswert nach Hurghada oder El Gouna. Der Strand ist leider nicht sehr sauber und das Wasser ist mir persönlich viel zu flach. Es macht Spaß den Kite Surfern zuzusehen. Ganz in der Nähe kann man mit Pferden den Strand erkunden. Nichts desto trotz, eine schöne Unterkunft für Pärchen oder Singles. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Cons: Das flache Wasser und der schmutzige Strand. Hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun.

Однозначно приедем еще, если не будут заняты апартаменты на наши даты.

Pros: Жили в номере 107. Удобные и уютные апартаменты. В кухне было все необходимое для самостоятельной готовки. Посуды достаточно чтобы еще и гостей накормить. Очень порадовал личный дворик с тентом. Во дворике была газовая плита и раковина рядом с ней, так что был выбор готовить на улице или в помещении. Стиральная машина, микроволновка и довольно просторный холодильник тоже добавили удобства. Чистый бассейн внутри самого отеля. Все причисленное и местонахождение через дорогу от кайт станции делает это место идеальным для проживания.
