Pros: the place of the apartment is amazing, quite and close to everything and beaches . also the owner of the place is a very very helpful and respondive person . i strongly recommend it .

Nice and safe apartment

Pros: Very nice location close to the sea and resort beaches, Carrefour and mall nearby, lots of food options around. Quiet and safe, everyone was helpful. There is an elevator in the building.

Nice place

Pros: The apartment was good, spotless and the person who rents very nice and tried to help me in anyway possible not far from carrefour and the city centre at all. Very secure with lift with key. For the price is really good option

Nice small apartmant

Pros: This is a small private apartmant,for the price is excellent value...the guy who run it is called Ahmed and he is at your service whole time,what ever you need...he speaks pretty good english and was very helpful... I stayed short so didnt take any excursions or something... You have a small living room with a kitchen and small balcony, okay toilet with Hot water and okay bad which was comfortable... Who seeks luxury,resort Hilton is just 400m away... I had some problems with catching the bus for cairo and he helped and called support as there isnt much People speaking good english... Anyway,if I am back to Hurghada,would definetly come back,as I feeled as at home...

Pros: The location is perfect. Neighborhood good, quiet and friendly people around. The appartment is nice, clean, everything worked perfectly. Airco, refrigerator, shower, hot water. There was a towel, toilet paper. I really liked it here. Small supermarket opposite and Carrefour just 10min walking. The beach is 2 minutes walking, 50egp only. Communication with the owner was also perfect and handing over the keys went smoothly. Highly recommended to stay here and will come again hopefully. Just a shower curtain would be only a suggestion so the bathroom won't get wet to much after taking shower.

Pros: Apartment wie beschrieben: sehr schön; schöne, passende Größe; schöner Schnitt (Grundriss); Lage wie erwartet: gut; Einrichtung wie beschrieben: alles vorhanden. Kommunikation vor Ort: aktiv durch des Vermieters, sehr positiv; Absprachen (Check-In, Check-Out) wurden eingehalten; Pünktlichkeit: für ägyptische Maßstäbe akzeptabel.

Cons: Das Apartment war recht sauber, hätte aber vor Neuvermietung nochmal gereinigt werden können. Insbesondere der Küchenbereich und dort speziell vom Vormieter benutzte Küchenuntensilien ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig. War für mich aber weniger ein Problem, da ich auswärts essen war. Für die Dusche könnte ein Vorhang oder eine Duschwand eine Überschwemmung des Bades durch das Duschen weitestgehend vermeiden helfen.

Pros: Sopratutto Ahmed che sin dall'inizio ha preso cura dell'ospite e l'ha seguito durante tutto il suo soggiorno. Struttura in una posizione comoda per gli spostamenti a Hurgada, praticamente di fronte al mare, dove non mancava nulla dalla cucina alla TV in salotto.

Cons: All'arrivo non funzionava l'internet, poi risolto. E faceva troppo freddo mentre la pompa di calore non sono riuscito a farla funzionare in modalità riscaldamento.
