Super Elite apartment - Aswan city center apartments

Pros: Nice apartment, good value for money. One of the best showers among the hotels we stayed in Egypt. Good pressure and stable water temperature. Kitchen and utensils also available.

Pros: Location & host & good price with full-equipted apartment.

Clean and great located apartment with the best view and host

Pros: The apartment has everything, it's clean and the location is unbeatable, right on Aswan's downtown and the view from the rooms are incredible, right un front of the mosque! Our host was super helpful and kind, he help us to book a last-minute tour to Abu Simbel for a really fair price and arranged transportation to Luxor. He also let us leave our luggage when we checked out so we can continue exploring the city without it.

Pros: The apartment was really nice,to the center of Aswan but the best part was Ammar,the host.So pleasant guy,he took care of us, arranged to all our tours,in and away of Aswan!!I feel like I have a friend in Egypt now .Thank you Ammar!

Good stay for a day or two

Cons: The Property is in from of a mosque so you are expected to hear prayers and noises from street

Beautiful view

Pros: We stayed 1 night. The apartment was really spacy and beautiful, located on the 8th floor of a building just next yo Tabya mosque, from the window we enjoyed a spectacular view of Aswan! Rooms were clean and beds comfy. It is equipped with a brand new tv (which my kids enjoyed for the first and only time in our 12 days trip along the Nile), and there is a lift to reach the floor. I liked the position (two steps from the souk and the corniche) and the neighborhood (local bakery, friendly people, local shops...) although, since it's a very busy street, it's quite loud also at night (because of traffic). The owner kindly came to pick us up at the train station with his car.

Cons: We lacked some utensils in the kitchen to prepare some food on our own: the owner brought us a pot, but what the apartment offered was really a bit too basic, on our opinion. In my booking breakfast was included, and the owner brought it to the flat in the morning upon request, but it seemed a bit \

Excellent stay!

Pros: I stayed here two nights and was hoping to stay for another 2 but it was already fully booked. I loved it here. So so central, access to everything! Local food, markets, the marina, and a wonderful space to connect with locals. The apartment itself was very clean, hot water, private and very comfortable. Moa the host was super friendly and helped with whatever I needed! I felt very cared for and at ease! Thank you!!!

Pros: You will not find a nicer human being in Ammar, the owner and manager of the property, always ready to help 24/7. Location. Airconditioning. Fast Lift. It is a well priced large apartment. The amentities are basic but given the price and location it should be considered given similar properties are available.
