Pros: Manager Ahmad is very helpful and cheerful guy. He helped us find our friend’s missing phone.

Good

Pros: Comfortable, big, clean apartment near the sea and not far from the center. Nice and colour fishes and corals can be seen mainly if you swim (or walk in the water, because the level of the water is down for comfortable swimming) to the inside end of the swimming area. Many kind and many number of fishes. The host answers soon but usually only in very short masseges, so usually 2-3 letters needed to know finally every information you asked originally. Delicious and enough breakfast in a near bar with a kind staff. Every morning is the same but I spent only two days so it was not a problem for me.

Cons: The building and many of the other apartments under building, so some noise and dirt must be kept. I always felt some light canal smell in the bathroom but if you close the bathroom door it cannot be smelt in the flat. Sometime the wc brush should be changed or cleaned because it is not in the best condition. There are now dishwashing liquid and sponge. So I dishwashed with shower gél and with my priorly washed fingers.

Pros: The property overall was very nice. It has 3 swimming pools and a clear beach where you can spend multiple days.

Cons: The room was comfortable and good looking. But the general building is in the middle of renovation, especially on the other side of the property

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel owner was so kind to pick me up from the airport.

Pros: Good apartment in a fantastic place plenty around gardens and pool and beach area were gorgeous and keep very clean would definitely go back

Pros: Ahmed the host was extremely friendly and caring. He always answered my messages. He provided a fruit plate for me upon arriving, and brought me breakfast in the morning. He made the stay well worth the price! The place is very clean, large enough for two people, has a great balcony view where you can see the beach, and has amenities that I needed including clean towels, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, stove top, microwave, and fridge. The building itself also has a private pool and private beach where you can relax during the day. This does close early so I would check with the host when it closes at your time of stay. The surrounding areas are also full of shops and restaurants so you could get most of what you need simply by walking around.

Cons: Whilst noise doesn't bother me, the sound from neighbours can be heard easily in the room, so if you don't mind some noise, this is a great place. The place also lacks tools (a sponge) and dish soap for cleaning dishes with, so if you plan on using dishes, you might need to ask the host for something or buy your own stuff from surrounding areas.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, and the owner was incredibly accommodating. We arrived in Hurghada early, and they arranged a place for us without any hassle. The check-in and check-out process was swift and smooth. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the marina and the center, which was very convenient for us. Highly recommend!

Pros: We have had a Nice stay, the place was tidy and the perfect location for us, the beach is just to take the elivator down and there you go, there is also a gym, and 3 pools one of them is for children 👍👍. Mr Ahmed was very helpfull and is there if you need anything.

Very affordable, quiet beach apartment.

Pros: This apartment was clean, well equipped, excellent shower hot water and very good wifi. The swimming pool and private beach were accessed from the basement. Ahmed who owns the apartment was very helpful and can pick you up from airport.

Cons: The apartment has a balcony but faces north so no sun.

Pros: Very good location with hotels own beach, calm surroundings and restaurants outside. Clean and nice apartment. Nice host.

Cons: Not a big problem but good to know that the hotel complex is partly still in construction. You rent an apartment from a private person so no option for hotel breakfast or such.
