Incredible comfort, exceptional service, and unforgettable memories made our stay at the hotel truly
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel. The variety of options was impressive and everything tasted amazing. All staff were very hospitable but among them ASHRAF a.k.a SHERIF stood out among all of them and ensured that our stay was unforgettable by attending to all of our needs and providing exceptional care throughout our visit. However, the location of the hotel is a bit isolated, which could be a downside for some. On the flip side, it was perfect for relaxation and soul searching. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful natural scenery made for a tranquil and rejuvenating stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this hotel is the perfect choice.
Cons: It might have been more effective to have a standby car waiting on the main road to pick up guests and bring them to the hotel. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the nightly entertainment shows.

Great for relaxing holidays
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. Everything very clean, comfortable. Wonderful pools, nice beach with a bar. The reception staff is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful, they took a good care of all our wishes, plus arranged all the trips we asked for. Tasty food in the restaurant (only not really local) and friendly staff there too.
Cons: Wi-fi works only around the reception and the restaurant.

Quiet relaxing holiday with personal service.
Pros: Our big Thanks to Sherriff who took care of us in the restaurant and pool bar and always willingly adapted the menu to our requests. We will not forget Sam, who helped us a lot and always willingly. Professional and accommodating hotel manager - nothing was a problem, he was interested and helped. Trip organized by the hotel was fantastic - Thank you!

Best stay!
Pros: This resort is wonderful. We had one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Everything is brand new. The room was beautiful, offering privileged views of the sea that you can enjoy from the very cozy balcony. The bed was very large and comfortable. In the restaurant, besides serving breakfast in the morning, you can also have lunch and dinner. The waiter who attended to us every day was very cordial and attentive. The pools are huge, with water slides that I recommend trying! The beach area (such a beautiful sea) has hammocks with umbrellas, as well as a meeting area with a shop and chairs where you can see the best sunsets. The reception staff made our experience incredible, with lots of details that never ceased to amaze us and that we gladly accepted. They took great care to make our stay spectacular.

Good stay with supportive staff; I recommend booking the room with food included for better value.
Pros: The stay was overall very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mustafa, who was very supportive and cooperative throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced.
Cons: Food prices were quite expensive if ordered separately.

Pros: El sitio muy tranquilo, muy bien para desconectar para descansar, poca gente, la habitación muy grande cómoda limpia
Cons: Pocas comunicaciones con otras localidades, si quieres salir hay que llamar siempre un taxi que es muy caro ..allí se están pasando mucho..pagar por 3 o 4 km 20 € me parece una locura

Pros: Понравился отель. Было очень чисто весь персонал был очень приветлив и дружелюбный. По всем вопросам обращалась и все вопросы помогали решать. Много зелени, отель новый. В номерах чисто, туалеты которые возле бассейна тоже очень чистые. Бармены приветливые, делали вкусные коктейли и повар делал вкусную еду. Был не шведский стол и но все готовили по моему желанию как в ресторане. Готовили перед подачей. Очень понравилась рыба которую подавали с кольцами кальмара и креветками. Очень вкусные супы. И хорошие соки. Там я провела 10 дней и уезжала как от родственников. Очень тёплая атмосфера.. Спасибо ребятам на рецепшене, водителю Аммару который был и моим гидом при поездки в Порт Гали , Махмуду и парням которые очень чисто убирали. Барменам Мухамеду и Мустафе. Я бы ещё вернулась в этот отель.
Cons: Не понравилось что плохой заход в море. Но потом мне подсказали что левее метров 20- 25 от лежаков есть не плохой заход в море

Super séjour malgré une période peu propice (température, Ramadan).
Pros: Le petit-déjeuner était de qualité, varié et servi en abondance. Manque le choix dans les fruits. L'équipe d'animation (Gugu, Chourouk, Ahmad) était au top avec les séances stretching le matin, DJ Sam et l'ambiance disco le soir, bravo à tous pour votre disponibilité ! Billard, babyfoot et ping-pong ou encore beach volley et tennis pour passer le temps quand on ne profite pas des nombreux et superbes bassins de la piscine et des toboggans. Les enfants ont adoré et les parents sont plus que satisfaits ! L'appartement était mieux que nous avions envisagé très fonctionnel et confortable Merci à Sameh, Mohamed, Mustafa et Rasha pour leurs services attentionnés. Nous reviendrons assurément pour profiter plus longtemps.
Cons: Des chaussures de plage sont souhaitables pour profiter de la plage avec un bassin qui manque de profondeur mais les aménagements sont très corrects. L'endroit pour profiter d'un thé ou d'une chicha pourrait être amélioré.
